Learn how to take wood coals and make ink! Take a large feather and turn it into a quill pen. Now you’re ready to write your message like the American Declaration of Independence was once written.
Bring your campfire coals, or we can supply our own, along with all the necessary materials and instructions for the rest! You will receive a small bottle of ink, your quill pen, paper and bag to take your project home.

Then a quick lesson on the “Principles of Design”, using materials from the natural environment around us. We will go on a hike to gather natural materials and then it’s your turn to create your own artwork that fits and belongs in the environment around you.
